Bold Rock Flank Sandwiches with Apple Slaw
Who doesn't love an exciting twist on leftovers? Enjoy the Bold Rock Flank Steak over the weekend with a cold beverage, then prepare these sandwiches on Monday and make the whole office jealous.

Ingredients
- 4 thin slices of prepared Bold Rock Flank Steak
- 2 thin slices of Brie cheese
- Arugula
- ciabatta bread - toasted
- 1 Fuji apple - julienne sliced (matchsticks)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of each: garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Prepare apple slaw: Set aside apple matchsticks. Combine remainder of ingredients into a medium bowl. Once combined, add apple slices and toss to coat.
2. Melt brie over flank steak slices. Top with arugula. Add apple slaw to the top of flank steak sandwich, or serve as a side.
